Assess, don't guess
Movement screening, strength baselines and body-composition tracking shape your plan from day one — and every quarter after that.
About the club
Cadence Athletic Club opened its doors on Hollis Row with one belief: great coaching beats fancy machines. Fourteen years later, that belief runs every session we coach.
Cadence started as a single room with a squat rack and a whiteboard. Today it is a full training floor with dedicated strength, conditioning and recovery zones — but the method never changed: assess first, program second, and measure everything.
Every member trains from a plan written for their body and their goals, reviewed with a coach every quarter. No guesswork, no generic templates, no getting lost in the crowd.

Movement screening, strength baselines and body-composition tracking shape your plan from day one — and every quarter after that.
Classes cap at twelve people. Your coach knows your name, your weights and your weak points — and programs around all three.
Mobility work, breathwork and programmed deloads are part of every plan, because progress is built between sessions too.
Four specialists, one standard: every session coached, every member known.
Yoga — RYT-500, mobility specialist
Ten years teaching breath-led strength and flexibility for lifters and desk workers alike.
Weightlifting — CSCS, USAW L2
Builds bulletproof technique on the big lifts, from first squat to competition platform.
HIIT — CF-L3, conditioning coach
High-energy intervals engineered for fat loss and engine-building, scaled to every level.
