Weight
training

Barbells, dumbbells and machines — coached technique, progressive loading and strength you can measure.

Strong is a skill

Our weight program teaches the big lifts — squat, hinge, press, pull and carry — with patient, technical coaching. Beginners learn safe patterns from day one; experienced lifters follow periodized blocks toward new PRs.

The strength zone runs eight platforms, calibrated plates, and dumbbells to 150 lbs, with a coach on the floor at all hours.

What you will build

The big five

Squat, deadlift, bench, overhead press and loaded carries — the foundation of full-body strength.

Progressive blocks

Six-week strength cycles with planned progression and deloads, tracked in the member app.

Bulletproof joints

Accessory work for shoulders, hips and knees keeps you lifting pain-free year after year.

Three levels, one barbell

  • Foundations — goblet squats, trap-bar pulls and push-up progressions with a coach at your side.
  • Strength — barbell-first programming in small-group sessions capped at eight lifters.
  • Performance — peaking blocks, video review and competition prep with Coach Derek.

Safety is programmed in

Spotted platforms, safety arms on every rack, mandatory technique onboarding for new lifters, and coaches who stop a set before form breaks. PRs are earned — never chanced.
